We are looking for Warehouse employees for our brand new location in Weert.

Your work as a Technical Employee in Weert
You and the machine, that’s what this position is all about. As a technical specialist, you are responsible from A to Z for the complete order per machine, which involves construction work and modifications. You deliver top quality and are extremely proud of the end result.
What does your working day look like?
At the start of the day, you and your colleagues and team leader determine which excavators need to be prepared customer-specifically that day.
Your excavator is ready; You collect the necessary parts and go through the machine’s work instructions.
You tinker with the machine and check the parts for damage and completeness. If there are any deviations from this, please report them to your team leader.
Finished? Then you test the machine and, as a technical expert, you release the machine. This machine is ready to be delivered. Through your work you directly contribute to the total customer satisfaction of our client Kubota.
What does your working day look like?
Your working day starts with a Kick-off meeting with your team leader. During this meeting, the priorities and activities of the day are determined.
As part of the logistics team, you are today responsible for delivering 150 excavators and together you unload 18 to 24 containers.
You drive the excavators to the workshop. You take back ready machines.
You receive the driver at the gate and show him the dock where the cargo can be unloaded.
At the end of the day, ensure that your workplace is tidy; you help with construction work or you prepare a few orders.
When your work is done, you will go home with a satisfied feeling. You have now covered quite a few kilometers on foot, so your pedometer says it is time for relaxation!
We are looking for:
Do you tinker with motorcycles, mopeds or cars? Restoring a classic car? Experience as a mechanic or machine builder at school or in practice? We are looking for you!
For the position of technical employee we are looking for candidates who have an affinity with technology. There are varying degrees of difficulty in the work, so we are looking for candidates who want to turn their hobby into their job as well as candidates who have completed technical training or technical work experience.
You master the Dutch, English or German language, spoken and/or written and you are able to understand and follow work instructions.

A challenging working environment! A role where you are guided by an experienced mechanic at the start and gain knowledge about converting standard excavators.
Your starting salary is between € 2,400 and € 2,600 gross per month. You will also find a nice work/life balance at Broekman Logistics. You work day shifts, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The new location of Broekman Logistics in Weert is very easily accessible from the A2 and is a strategic center close to cities such as Sittard-Geleen, Roermond, Eindhoven and Venlo.
