Your work as a Warehouse Employee in Weert
In our new warehouse in Weert we provide the European Distribution Center (EDC) for market leader Kubota. As a Warehouse employee you are an indispensable link in our logistics process and you can be sincerely proud of your daily performance.
What does your working day look like?
- Your working day starts with a Kick-off meeting with your team leader. During this meeting, the priorities and activities of the day are determined.
- As part of the logistics team, you are today responsible for delivering 150 excavators and together you unload 18 to 24 containers.
- You drive the excavators to the workshop. You take back ready machines.
- You receive the driver at the gate and show him the dock where the cargo can be unloaded.
- At the end of the day, ensure that your workplace is tidy; you help with construction work or you prepare a few orders.
When your work is done, you will go home with a satisfied feeling. You have now covered quite a few kilometers on foot, so your pedometer says it is time for relaxation!
We are looking for:
We are looking for real team players for the position of Warehouse employee. Someone with a great sense of responsibility who can load and unload goods correctly and deliver the parts for assembly just-in-time. The right work mentality and motivation is the most important condition for this position. Work experience or a background in logistics is an advantage. You also master the Dutch, English or German language, spoken and written.

Your starting salary is between € 1951 and € 2116 gross per month. In addition, you will find a nice work/life balance at Broekman. You work in shifted day shifts, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Only working this late shift is also an option.
The new location of Broekman Logistics in Weert is very easily accessible from the A2 and is a strategic center close to cities such as Sittard-Geleen, Roermond, Eindhoven and Venlo.
